The Glass Pavilion
A 1968 split-level set into a wooded slope, fully glazed to the canopy.
We represent modernist, mid-century and design-led houses for people who believe a home should be a considered thing — not a commodity.
Atelier Modern Homes was founded by architects and brought to market by people who read a building before they price it. Every home we represent is photographed, written and presented with the same care its makers gave it.
We work slowly and deliberately, with a small portfolio and a long memory — matching considered homes to the people who will truly inhabit them.

Our featured residence this season is a rare ground-up modernist commission — a single-storey plan of glass, board-marked concrete and cedar that frames a private garden on every elevation. Available by private appointment only.
From first conversation to completion, we keep the work small, personal and unhurried.
Discreet representation for design-led homes, with photography and copy written for the building, not a template.
For owners who care who lives in their home — careful tenant matching and a building maintained to its original spec.
Buying advice, valuations and quiet introductions to homes that never reach the open market.
We meet, walk the home, and understand the brief — yours and the building's.
Architectural photography, a written portrait, and a measured launch plan.
We introduce the right people quietly, by appointment, never en masse.
We hold the process steady to the keys, then stay in touch for the long term.
Marielle founded Atelier Modern Homes after a decade in architectural practice, frustrated that the homes she most admired were being sold like everything else. Our small team is drawn from architecture, interiors and publishing — and every one of us cares about the work.
We would rather represent one home beautifully than a hundred quickly.
Meet the Atelier →"They understood our house better than we did. The sale was quiet, dignified and exactly the right buyer."
"The photography alone made me fall in love before I'd seen the place. A genuinely different kind of agency."
"Unhurried, knowledgeable and completely without the usual sales theatre. I'd use no one else."
Tell us about your house. We'll come and read it — no valuation theatre, no obligation.
